Jai Ho Sehwag!

Virender Sehwag smashed 110 off 93 balls to carry India to the final of the one-day tri-nation final with a comprehensive 105-run win over New Zealand on Wednesday.

Sehwag stood tall as wickets fell around him, smacking 16 fours and a six to take India to a total of 223 after they had lost their first four wickets for 66 runs having chosen to bat first.

Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (38) helped Sehwag add 107 for the fifth wicket before New Zealand bowlers once again pitched into the Indian batting line up to capture four wickets for eight runs and dismiss them well under the 50-over mark.

New Zealand began their run chase poorly, losing Martin Guptill for a duck to the second ball of their innings and they slumped to 53-8 before some lusty hits from number nine Kyle Mills carried them over the 100 mark.

Mills put the top order to shame, reaching his second one-day fifty off 35 balls with three sixes and seven fours out of New Zealand's total of 118.
Praveen Kumar (3-34) and Munaf Patel (3-21) were the pick of India's bowlers.

This shows Sehwag's interests and dedication to the cricket. When others are going to play well? Virat Kohli dose not play like a winning captain for Under 19 World Cup. Very casual kind of play. Yuvaraj has lost his form totally. Any how he is not lucky because of the bad decision of Umpire.
Dinesh Karthik has been given a lot of chance but i dont think so that he is going to utilize it. After a very good performance in IPL 2010 playing for Delhi Daredevils now his game is nowhere near it. Dinesh Karthik is now replacement for Gambhir. He is not the right person to replace player like Gambhir. Even he is not a that aggressive player why should he open? I think Dhoni needs to change the order why not trying out Suresh Raina. His performance in recent matches is also very good. Sehwag is missing his opening partner.
In bowling department yesterday their performance was good but they lack some of the special quality like very few of our bowlers can bowl a yorker. They need to improve a lot.
Lest us hope the India should have a very good game with Sri Lanka in the final on Aug. 28. All the best India. Jai Ho!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
